Who we are

Action Doors Professional ("we", "us") is a gate and garage automation business trading since 1991, based in Krugersdorp and operating across Gauteng, South Africa. For anything relating to your personal information, contact us at info@action-doors.co.za or 072 891 5959. The business owner acts as our information officer.

What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, phone number, suburb, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, pages visited) for security purposes. This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, provide quotes, and deliver the services you ask for. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to our email. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms. We never sell your information and we don't share it with anyone else.

Cross-border processing

Our hosting and form provider process data on servers outside South Africa with appropriate safeguards in place.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that comes from it, then it's deleted.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to us processing it. Email info@action-doors.co.za and we'll sort it out. If you're not happy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

Security

This site runs over HTTPS and we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published here with a new date at the top.
